We loved the convenient location, surrounded by many shopping options and close to a bank. The buffet breakfast was included with our room and was fantastic. The staff was helpful, adding to the value for money.

the location is also pretty good with easy access to shopping and markets.
The hotel definitely needs renovation! the room furnishings felt old and worn out, and the bathrooms were dirty and stinky.

The breakfast and the location of the hotel were great. The breakfast had a good variety of food that was well prepared. The hotel was in a key location that was walking distance to many shops and attractions. I also enjoyed being able to take a short $1.50 cab ride to a nearby park.
My Christmas experience at the hotel was not the best. The rooms were not very clean and there was a stale smell throughout the building.

I absolutely loved staying at this luxurious hotel! The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city center. It was so convenient to have all the shops and markets right at my doorstep. And speaking of convenience, the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. They went out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed. Plus, having China Bank right next door made it even easier to take care of any financial needs. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a top-notch experience.
I can't think of a single reason why I wouldn't recommend this hotel to my family and friends. It truly offers a superior level of comfort and quality services that are hard to find elsewhere.

Rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable with well-maintained fittings. the staff is courteous and efficient, offering excellent service to guests. the diverse buffet breakfast catches the eye with a healthy presentation.
The hotel lacks a safe in the room, which might be an issue for some guests searching for extra security measures.
